Precautions for installation and use of oil chiller

【Attention】

The connected power system must be consistent with the product nameplate. 

【Attention】

 When designing and connecting pipelines:

1. The diameter of the external pipe (including the diameter of the joint) should be greater than or equal to the size of the oil inlet and outlet of the oil chiller
2. The oil suction pipeline should be as close to the oil tank as possible. When the length of the oil suction pipeline is greater than or equal to 5m, the pipe diameter must be increased.
3. When piping, try to reduce the number of pipe elbows to ensure that the vacuum pressure of the inlet pipe is less than or equal to 0.03Mpa, and the resistance of the outlet pipe is less than 0.5Mpa. An oil suction filter (100~150 mesh metal mesh filter) can be installed as an option.
4. If the equipment is installed above the oil tank, please control the vertical height of the oil suction port to not exceed 0.5 meters. (For special installation conditions, please consult the manufacturer)
5. The flow rate of the external oil pump should match the flow rate of the built-in circulation pump as closely as possible.

【Warning】

1. It is forbidden to connect this device in series in the hydraulic system circuit, otherwise it may cause the oil seal of the circulating oil pump to rupture and cause oil leakage.
2. It is prohibited to place this device in a movable position (please contact the manufacturer for special circumstances).
3. It is prohibited to install an air guide cover at the exhaust outlet of this device.
4. This device is strictly prohibited from lack of oil.

【Note】

1. This device provides remote control mode and local control mode. Customers can choose according to their needs. The default mode is local mode when leaving the factory.
2. This device provides an alarm output terminal that can feed back the alarm signal to the upper control system.
3. All refrigeration units can be modularized. When multiple units are connected in parallel, please install a one-way valve at the oil outlet.

When the ambient temperature of the ACO series oil chiller exceeds 43°C, the refrigeration system cannot operate normally. In view of the different working conditions at the customer's site, please consult our professional sales staff when selecting the model.
