WSCW series — Water cooled screw type water chiller

The condensers and evaporators of water-cooled screw type water chillers are shell and tube heat exchangers, which adopt new efficient heat exchanger structure. The heat exchanger adopts the most advanced and efficient copper tube bundle, heat exchange tube with unique geometry characteristics, enhances the vaporization core required for the boiling of the outer core of the tube, strengthens the flow disturbance in the tube, and delays the scale on the water side,and enhances the heat transfer to obtain the optimal performance. Compared with the traditional design, the current unique design improves the heat transfer efficiency by 30%. The evaporation tube adopts the technology of inner spiral groove and outer concave teeth to strengthen heat transfer, and the condensing tube adopts inner spiral groove and outer twisting teeth, which improves the heat transfer efficiency and evaporation temperature of the evaporator and condenser, and finally improves the energy efficiency ratio of the chiller.

    2.Temperature condition:chilled water outlet temperature 5°C-15°C; and cooling water inlet temperature 19°C-33°C.
